Who We Are

Realzar is more than an interior design and project coordination agency. Based in Melbourne, we live by one purpose: Maximising Property Value. Whether it’s a thoughtful refresh, a bold renovation, a full extension, or a new build, our mission is to unlock the latent potential in your space. Established in 2016, Realzar has helped hundreds of homeowners and investors achieve their property goals through design, planning, coordination and strategic project management. Claire Hall

With more than ten years of experience in residential design and new builds, Claire has a passion for marrying form and function. Her style leans contemporary: clean lines, natural lighting, well-considered layouts, and materials that feel both elevated and liveable. Claire believes each home should reflect its inhabitant’s lifestyle, character, and ambitions – and that every design decision should contribute to beauty and purpose.

Likhitha Penmetsa

Warm, energetic, and detail-oriented, Likhitha brings her unique voice to every room. Her work draws from both residential and commercial sectors, with a flair for injecting personality through colour, texture, and thoughtful touches. Efficiency, kindness, and craftsmanship are her hallmarks. Likhitha loves the moments that make a space feel personal: a bold accent, a perfectly placed light, or the interplay of texture in an unexpected detail.

Our Process — How We Work With You

1. Initial Conversation & Assessment
   We explore your vision, your lifestyle, your property, and your investment ambitions. We also assess the physical space: structure, light, flow, challenges, opportunities.
2. Concept & Design Proposal
   We respond with ideas – mood boards, plan layouts, surface and material options, initial budget estimates. We collaborate until the concept feels right.
3. Planning & Coordination
   With the design approved, we manage the details: working with AMDC’s products, selecting finishes, liaising with trades, scheduling, cost control. Our coordination ensures smooth execution.
4. Implementation & Styling
   As things roll into build/installation, we ensure quality, integrity of the vision, timeliness. When finishes go in, furniture and styling bring soul. We refine until the final reveal.
5. Handover & Beyond
   Our work doesn’t just stop. We ensure what’s installed works as intended – and if something needs attention, we’re there. Many of our clients also see the value in lighter follow-ups to ensure everything lives beautifully.
